For myself, teaching yoga and meditation is a way of bringing people, every day, into a peaceful state where they can feel their inner light radiating. Its about happiness, balancing the mind, and breathing into the present moment and everything that moment has to offer. I design each class in a way of helping people connect back to mother nature and back to themselves, often using different themes; including 5 elements of Ayurveda, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. I am teaching multi-styles, including Vinyasa, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Yin and Yang. I love to offer nourishing adjustments, and creative sequences catering for beginners through to advanced levels.

I absolutely love to take private lessons, getting to know each student on this individual platform is an amazing experience. The intimate space allows me to fully understand what you need and how I can be of benefit to your practice. I truly enjoy creating bonds with my students that last as we explore this journey of union, of yoga.

Whether you are just starting out, or have been practicing for years there are many benefits of receiving private yoga lessons. Having one on one classes opens up a space to explore exactly what your mind, body and soul needs each lesson, each day. Private classes help us to become completely introspective and explore our connection to self without distraction. 

As a beginner it is a wonderful way to get an in-depth understanding of yoga asana (postures) and yogic philosophy before starting with group classes. As a current practitioner, private classes can help you work through emotional or physical challenges allowing your practice to develop and your connection to self to grow strong. 



Private lessons can be such a fun way to practice yoga and meditation. Maybe you are looking to add a little movement and relaxation to your office employees, or perhaps you have a group of women or men looking to work together to explore your individual journey. Whatever your needs, from wedding parties, to corporate groups I am sure we can work together to create a fun and open environment to connect and grow. 

Private group lessons allow each individual to feel comfortable, and enjoy the sense of community through the union of yoga. Group energy can be a wonderful tool to lead us towards our truth, especially when we allow ourselves to be fully relaxed, and open in the class. A dynamic flow of yoga asanas, helping to detox by building up heat through the body, we will work on strength and getting the heart rate up. A wonderful way to start the week, and to focus the mind through movement and breath.   


Each class we will practice different postures to stabilise, strengthen and increase mobility in the body. This is a slow paced style of yoga in which you can connect your mind and body to your breath, finding a deep sense of relaxation and grounding.  


Focusing on the back, neck, shoulders and hips aiming to release muscle tension built up from surfing. We work on breathing techniques and flexibility to help you on the waves, and to connect with the ocean energy.

This class uses the body, breath and mind together to enter a calm, peaceful and present state. We will move slowly following our breath through a connected series of postures, each class will have a focus area in which we will bring our attention to.

Open to everyone free of charge, come relax, stretch, breathe and smile at this fun calming and gentle restorative class. Bring a pillow and a blanket for extra comfort.

All classes are 60mins, please bring something warm and a towel. I have some small mats to provide, but if you have your own bring along.

Meditation, a subject as vast as the universe we are trying to connect with! As a student first and a teacher second in my classes I share different techniques that I find most useful for helping to quiet the mind so we can drop into that place beyond thought and beyond emotion. For me meditation is a way of trying to understand the mind by letting the thoughts grow quiet so we can become the watcher of thought, and experience each space in between. 

I love to practice meditation in a group and experience the power of the combined focused energy which brings forth so much light and love into this world. Teaching this brings me the same amount of peaceful energy, especially when we have a specific goal. You will find that along with my yoga classes, my meditations are also often themed classes. Often going with the moon cycle, or another relevant topic that we can all benefit from. 

Meditation has been proven to work wonders to help people in places with may cause high stress, e.g. work environments, schools/universities, hospitals etc. so if you are in one of these places and would like to introduce a group meditation please use the form below to contact me.
